Ready to Act also leads administrators in defining deliverables for teachers and students in Ready to Teach and Ready to Learn. Mainstream coordinates closely with administrators to design customized onsite training and personalized coaching for teachers and emerging school leaders and administrators in the areas they determine necessary.
